Our printed proofs are the best way to see how your images will look like on our different materials. No more guessing how they will turn out! 

We offer two proofing options: a full 8x10 print of your entire image, or a cropped section enlarged to the final size of your order, giving you a precise preview before the final product.

Proofs are sent by mail so please calculate 2-3 weeks from the time you order them to the time you receive them.

Please make sure you supply a shipping address which can accept mail.

Returns Policy

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If for some reason, it is damaged, send us clear pictures of the damaged giclee and the box and we will either send you a replacement or give you a credit or refund.
Please contact us in the first 48h of the reception of your order. After 48h, we will consider the order to be satisfactory.

Shipping Policy

We ship all our packages via UPS and Canada Post.

Shipping to USA: All packages will ship with a tracking number except proofs and sample packs which are sent via regular mail.
You’ll receive the tracking number when your order will ship.
Shipping time for orders is about 1-7 business days.
Shipping time for proofs and sample packs can take up to 2 weeks.
Please note that we don’t ship stretched canvas over 16x20 express, only ground.
Ground shipping is a flat rate according to your cart subtotal.
Express shipping is calculated according to your order.
You can select the option you want among those proposed when placing your order.
